	July 6, 2007 Several more updates have been posted on the Fleur Yule Ball gown.  The gown is 95% complete!  The photos are here: Without shawl, with shawl, neckline close-up.   June 9, 2007 A few updates have been posted on the Fleur Yule Ball gown page. Additionally, I was able to check out the Fashion in Film exhibit at the Paine Art Center earlier this week.  I would highly recommend checking it out if you are in the vicinity.  The costumes are beautifully displayed in the various rooms of the historic mansion. May 22, 2007 Long time, no update!  I've been working like mad so I've had little time to post!  The Padme Packing tutorial is posted, and the Obi Wan Jedi costume has been completed, minus minor accessories.  The Fleur Yule Ball gown is currently in progress along with three additional gowns for wedding attire.   Additionally, as an item of interest, the Fashion in Film Exhibit will be at the Paine Art Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin this summer! April 21, 2007 The Padme Packing gown is complete.  I still haven't had any  photos taken, unfortunately.  However, I have posted the photos of the completed headdress and hair.   The Obi Wan costume is nearly complete and I'm beginning research for the Fleur Yule Ball gown. April 4, 2007 I've opened a new page for Fleur's Yule Ball gown from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.  I'm hoping to make it a quick summer project. I've also realized that I forgot to post the photo of the Packing Gown ensemble together on the dressform which I had posted to my journal last week.  The photo can be viewed here.  I'm also currently re-working my Packing Gown diary into a more concise write up, more in the manner of a tutorial.   April 2, 2007 The Padme gown and headdress are complete!  See Padme Packing page for details. February 12, 2007 I finished my second version of the Padme Senate gown necklace.  View completed necklace. February 2, 2007 A few updates are posted on the Padme Packing gown, however progress is slow! January 19, 2007 The skirt of the Padme Packing gown is finished!  Photos can be viewed here. January 12, 2007 Despite my entire lack of updates, I have been making a great deal of progress on both my Padme Packing gown and Obi Wan Jedi costume.  The Obi Wan pages are finally open.  My website software hasn't been running well in the last two weeks and I haven't been able to get any new files to load.  So, there are updates on the Padme Packing gown as well as the new Obi Wan pages, which I will be adding to as time permits.      December 30, 2006 New photos have been posted of the Padme Packing gown.  Also, I've begun two new Star Wars projects:  EpII Obi-Wan Jedi and EpI Anakin Padawan.  I'll be opening new pages for each costume shortly.   December 21, 2006 A few updates have been posted regarding progress on the Padme Packing gown. Happy Holidays!November 27, 2006 The center embroidered/beaded applique of the Padme Packing gown has been completed!  Photos and updates are posted here. November 21, 2006 FilmCon 7 was held in Madison this past weekend.  Photos from the event are posted here. Work continues on the Padme Packing gown, embroidery is nearly complete.  It is likely I'll need to put the project on hold over the holidays due to financial constraints.  Work commences on additional "secret" projects that will not be revealed until complete.   November 11, 2006 I've finally been able to get some decent portraits of my Padme Senate gown thanks to some help from friends!  Portraits can be viewed here.  Embroidery progress on the Padme Packing gown is currently very slow due to general laziness, upcoming holidays, and a wedding gown for a friend!   October 27, 2006 The Child Tudor gown is finished!  Pictures can be viewed here. October 23, 2006 I've opened a new page for the Child Tudor gown I am working on for Halloween.  I've also updated my Padme Packing gown page with images of my progress on the center embroidered applique.  Happy Halloween! October 8, 2006 The Padme Senate gown headdress was completed on Friday.  Photos are here.  I got the chance to wear it at the Party on the Pavement Rebel Legion/ 501st Garrison event in Racine yesterday.  Mission photos are posted here.September 28, 2006 The new costuming year is beginning after a 4-week hiatus following Dragon Con.  In honor of (Star Wars) Celebration IV next summer I'm doing all Star Wars costumes for 2007.  I'll be doing the Padme Packing gown, Padme Lars' Homestead gown, and Obi Wan Jedi robes.  I've reworked the Padme Packing gown page(s) as I will be beginning on that one first.   September 23, 2006 I've updated my Eowyn Coronation pages with some information that I had wanted to include, also some new photos and layout.   September 14, 2006 I finally updated my Padme Senate Gown pages with info on the construction. September 7, 2006 I attended Dragon Con this past Friday through Monday and have finally updated with a few photos.  I'll post a write up on the convention in my livejournal as soon as possible.  I am happy to announce that my Eowyn Coronation gown won for Best Embroidery at the Friday Night Costume Contest and my Padme Senate gown won for Best Female Prequel at the Saturday evening Star Wars Costume Contest.   August 27, 2006 This weekend was Janesville-Con VIII, where I displayed my Eowyn Coronation gown and my newly completed Padme Senate gown.  The convention photos are posted here, I'll post a write-up on my Livejournal as soon as possible. I also finally got my Bristol Renaissance Faire photos posted!  On to Dragon*Con! August 21, 2006 The Padme Senate gown is essentially completed, just a few bugs to work out before JVL-Con and Dragon Con.  The gown will be on display Friday, Saturday and Sunday at JVL-Con and I will be wearing it to Dragon Con September 2-4.  It is unlikely I'll post any "completed" photos until after Dragon Con, hopefully the necklace and headdress will also be complete for the conventions.     August 8, 2006 Updates are posted on the Padme Senate gown, including new photos of sleeve progress.

July 14, 2006 I added a new page for Lucy's Blue Narnian gown.  I added some scans and links and am hoping to fit this costume into my schedule sometime in the fall or winter of this year. May 13, 2006: I added a new page for the flower girl gown I will be making.   May 9, 2006 After two attempts, the bodice applique embroidery is finished for the Padme Senate gown.   May 2, 2006 I received my cording for the Padme Senate gown embroidery and dyed it last night.  I also drafted the embroidery pattern for the bodice applique and will begin couching the cording today.   April, 2006 April 30, 2006 The wedding gown is finished and updated write-up and photos are posted.   April 27, 2006 New Padme Senate gown progress photos have been posted showing the overcoat sleeves.    April 22, 2006 New wedding gown progress photos posted.  Finished bodice, train, and hitched train.
